**The Seamless Ribbed Bra and Leggings | Good American**

I’m always on the hunt for a new workout set and have been loving my go-tos as of late. I recently became a pilates instructor after more than two years of dedicated practice in the studio, and there are a few things I look for when it comes to a comfortable and flattering set to wear teaching and on the reformer. I always feels so much better about walking into a group fitness class when I’m confident in what I’m wearing. A cute outfit totally helps with motivation - I know I’m not alone on this!

Just when I think I’ve found “the one” I stumble onto something new that captures my attention. Over the years I’ve come up with a few rules for bringing a new fit into my collection. I always look for pieces that will mix and match well with other pieces in my rotation. As an instructor I’m destined to be an outfit repeater but mixing and matching will keep things fresh and help me feel like I’m not wearing the same daily uniform. Comfort is key - life is too short to squeeze into something that just isn’t a fit or flattering in the right places. A stretchy but compressive, breathable fabric is essential. Waists - the higher the better. Finally, a transitional piece that works for an athleisure look, and a silhouette that’s modest enough to wear while traveling and great for hikes.

FP MOVEMENT
